Upcoming Election Ballots

If you are a member in good standing (dues are paid for 2020), on May 1, 2020 you will receive an invitation from Election Runner to vote for the PHCoEM board positions that are open for this year's election which is President, Charity/Environmental Affairs Director and Secretary.

You will be sent a vote email with a link for your vote. For houses that have multiple people that use the same email address, you will get one Voter Ballot per person. Please ensure that you are utilizing the correct email to vote with based on the information in the email under Voter ID and Voter Key which are unique to each individual. If you did not get one, then check your junk mail and/or SPAM folder to see if it's in there. If it is not, ensure that you are a member in good standing and have paid your dues.

When you enter to vote, there is a blue round circle with a small "I" to the right of the candidate - click on that to view their bio to the club members.

Once you have voted you will not be able to go back and change your vote, so please double check to ensure that who you are voting for is what you really want before hitting the VOTE button.
