Club dues are due by the 31st of January each year!

We ask that you complete three quick steps.

​

1.  Please ensure to review our PHCOEM CODE OF CONDUCT and Bylaws.

​

2.  Make payment via PayPal.  It’s fast and easy to pay your dues online with PayPal.  You DO NOT need a PayPal account to use PayPal.  First, fill in the Membership Form below and click submit.  We ask that you fill out the form as completely as you can so our database can stay up to date.  Then, select your type of membership, enter your name and email and click on the PayPal "BUY NOW" button to pay.  It’s that easy!

3.  Fill out the online form below as much as possible so we can maintain our database and click SUBMIT at the bottom.

 

If you would prefer to renew via snail mail, click here to open our renewal application in PDF form, print and mail it in along with your check for the non-refundable cost of the membership!
