Convention Update

With the convention fast approaching there is lots to finalize including room assignments, programs, badges etc. So we are very busy getting it all done.

I would like to share with you all the following information:

Registering for the convention will close on Feb 15, at midnight. Since the printer is already printing t-shirts, you will not be able to necessarily get a t-shirt with your registration. I did order a few extras and if we have your size, it's a first come first serve for you to get it as part of your package.

Room assignments, if you have not booked your hotel room already, there is NO GUARANTEE that you will have a room available to you or that you will be placed near to folks that you want to be with.

If you want me to try to get you close to your favorite parrot heads, then you need to let me know ASAP, also if you are sharing a room with someone who wasn't on your registration form, please let me know so that I can make sure to get you in the room with them.
