Prez Update & Elections

So it's that time of year for our elections. According to our BY-LAWS we are holding elections for the odd numbered years positions listed below.

All terms will begin on September 1st and end on August 31st as it applies to each position. (See Article V of our BY-LAWS for description of positions)

Vice-President – Elected in odd numbered years Treasurer – Elected in odd numbered years Membership Director – Elected in odd numbered years Social Director – Elected in odd numbered years

Anyone interested in running for one of these positions needs to be a member in good standing meaning their 2019 membership dues are paid and have been a member of the club for a minimum of 12 months. You will need to submit an intention to run and a short bio to the elections@phcoem.com no later than May 1, 2019 for more details visit our website and read Article VII: Elections section within our BY-LAWS.

If there are multiple people running for the same position a voting process will be determined by the election committee which consists of the positions not up for re-election which is President, Charity & Environmental Affairs and Secretary.
