Important Information for Members

WOW can you believe the Summer is finally here and all the schools will be done soon for the year. We've had a lot of our members graduate from High School, Middle School and grade school and they are moving on to another chapter of their lives. A huge congratulation to all of them on behalf of your BOD.

There is a lot of stuff coming up over the next week and with everything going on I just wanted to make sure you are aware and have a friendly reminder in this crazy world we live in. So I've listed them in order of happening so that you can easily review what's going on.

Weds - June 15th is the deadline for signing up for Lowell Spinners tickets, shirts. If you want to donate your ticket and just get the shirt, let us know by sending email to bored@phcoem.com. The link to order tickets and pay for them is on our website under Events.

Sat - June 18th the Annual Membership Meeting and Pool Party hosted by the Feldeisens. Come anytime from noon on. The meeting will start at 1pm and will last about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. The agenda is State of the Union by Sunshine, and status from other BOD members for their respective positions, the new Phlash Phlocking program and what that entails, Big Summah Raffle kickoff, and a Q&A session. We'll spark up the grills about 3-3:30pm. We will supply hamburgers, hotdogs, kielbasa and Margaritaville shrimp. Please bring an appetizer, side dish, or dessert to share figure on around 50 people. It's BYOB but we will have some soda and water. Bring your bathing suits and chairs. Change of clothes if you plan on spending the night. Pancakes, bagels, coffee and juice for breakfast. It is father's day on Sunday so we will have you all out and about early.

Mon - June 20th - Come Monday - Southern Drawl Band will be playing at Ellie and Ernie's home again this year. The band will take the stage about 6pm, we ask that you bring something to share. There will be grills hot and ready for you to use. We are suggesting a $20 donation per person to cover the cost of the BAND since they are doing this out of the goodness of their hearts so lets show our apprecation. It is a BYOB and bring your own chair and bathing suit in case you want to take a dip. Since they would like to know a headcount, please email Jodi Deldon at jkdeldon@aol.com if you plan on attending or go to the facebook page and let them know you are going.
