Happy Holidays From the BoD

We would like to wish all of you a safe, healthy and Happy Holiday Season. If you are traveling remember to take your time and be safe. If you are staying home cozy and warm, may you open your home to friends and family. Either way we wish you a holiday season full of wonderful memories. We certainly as a Club have had a fun-filled year full of great memories.

As we approach the 2019 Season we want you all to be aware that due to the increase in cost to run the club from web-hosting to Insurance, we as a BoD had to make the tough decision to increase slightly the cost of membership moving forward. So for 2019 membership the cost is now $25 per single, $30 per couple/family. If you are paying via PayPal or Clover the cost is $26 per single and $32 per couple/family to cover the processing fee. As always you can mail your dues in to PHCoEM - Membership Dues, P.O. Box 714, Shrewsbury, MA 01545 or give it to any of the BoD members if you see them around. Remember dues are due by Jan 31, 2019 to be considered a member in good standing and be eligible for concert tickets. So don't wait.

For those that are not aware or are new to the club 2019 we will be celebrating our 25th year as a Chapter of PHiP, this is a great accomplishment since several clubs have had to fold due to lack of membership. We hope that you choose to renew your membership and that you attend one of the many charitable and social events that we will be hosting throughout the year.

For those going to convention - don't forget we will be doing sign-up for our convention in 2020. The next convention meeting is at Sunshine's house and anyone is encouraged to join or send ideas. The planning is going well and we have some great things planned for that weekend. We'll be revealing our convention on Saturday night at the 2019 convention so don't miss out.
