Convention fee of $75.00 per person covers entry to the convention, all musical events, swag bag, t-shirt and event badge.

Once we have received your registration form and payment, a confirmation letter will be sent, either by email or US Mail confirming your registration. A confirmation number and instructions for booking your room at the host hotel will be included in your letter. Expect 1-2 weeks for processing.
You MUST register before you will be able to book your hotel package with the Doubletree by Hilton. Please do not attempt to book with the hotel until you receive a confirmation letter.

Additional Information and Fees:
Room rate is $109.00 +tax per night. Price is good for the 4 days of the convention dates of Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday, March 5 – March 8, 2020.
Meal plans are $99.00 per person and includes Friday Late Night Pizza with Chips Salsa/Queso, Saturday Breakfast, Saturday Night Dinner, and Sunday Breakfast. All taxes and gratuities are included for the meals. Fees also include use of function and banquet rooms for the convention.
All guests staying at the host hotel are required to purchase the meal ticket package.
All sales are final and non-refundable.
